The Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting earlier this month for GrandStaff & Stein Booksellers, a new restaurant at Milepost 9.5 in Kill Devil Hills.
Grandstaff and Stein is styled as a prohibition-era speakeasy, and as a novelty, requires a password for entry. The weekly password is available on the restaurant’s Facebook page and when calling for reservations.
The restaurant, known for craft cocktails and fine dining, features a seasonally rotating menu of hors d’oeuvres, salads and dinner entrees by Chef Joshua Naser.
