Henderson man sought in break-in at Kitty Hawk Handy Hugo

Police are looking for a Henderson man facing multiple charges in connection with a break-in at the Handee Hugo at N.C. 12 and Ocean Boulevard in Kitty Hawk

James Garrett Boggs is wanted for felony breaking and entering , felony farceny and felony possession of stolen goods, according to the Kitty Hawk Police Department.

These charges are related to the break-in that occurred at the Handee Hugo convenience store on June 7, 2019. Boggs is also being sought for charges of Communicating Threats and Larceny from incidents in Vance County. We appreciate our followers for providing information on his identification.

Boggs is rumored to be in the Vance County area near Henderson, NC.
