Jan. 29: Free Computer Safety Workshop offered by LWV Dare

Teuta Towler, owner of Mitro Digital Marketing and member of the League of Women Voters Dare, will present a computer workshop on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at Kill Devil Hills Town Hall Meeting Room from 7 – 8:30  PM.

This workshop is open to members, guests and the general public. The topics will be about how to browse online in a safe way and keep your computer clean from viruses and possibly hacking.

She will discuss ways to protect your personal information while you are browsing, and also give tips on ways to protect your data from viruses and how to recognize and stop possible hacking. Bring a laptop if you have one as she will be giving hands on examples you can see in real time.
