Local REALTORS Honored

By on January 17, 2020

In 2019 the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS’® (OBAR’s), Young Professionals Network (YPN) introduced its first annual Top 19 in 19 Award. The Top 19 in 19 Award recognizes individuals who have gone above and beyond to make a difference in our local community. Of those nineteen winners, one would later be announced as the “Best in Class”.

Best in Class Winner, Natalie Painter

Nominated by their peers, these candidates embodied the local and state YPN mantra: LEARN – LEAD – SERVE by making strides to further their education, professional development, and involvement through community service, and leadership roles on a local, state and national association level.  The awards were open to all OBAR members that had been members of the association for a year but less than seven.

Winners were selected by a task force assembled by OBAR’s 2019 President, Jean-Paul Peron of The Outer Banks Real Estate Company at eXp Realty. The winners were announced at the YPN Panel & Top 19 in 19 Award Recognition event late last year. One individual was honored later with the “Best in Class” award at the Association’s General Membership Meeting.
