April 1 at 5:57 p.m.: The Dare County Division of Public Health has announced the third positive test result for COVID-19. However, the individual became symptomatic and was tested in another state. The individual remains in another state and has not traveled to North Carolina since the fall of 2019. The individual has fully recovered from the COVID-19 virus.

The case will show up as Dare County’s first case with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, since the individual provided a Dare County address when tested.

At first I thought that announcement of the Third COVID -19 case was an April Fool Joke. What kind of Statistical Analysis are they using. Tested Elsewhere and had not been in NC since September! Must be some type of new “Common Core” Math.

So a Dare resident wasn’t in Dare County… and risked making others sick with the virus elsewhere… hmmm… Maybe all those with the hateful comments lately can learn something.

If the individual was tested in another state and remains out of NC, how does that count in NC stats? Did he/she give a false address? Even if not, he/she ain’t in NC. Makes no sense!

So they are manipulating the data to make it worse than it actually is? What?? Sounds fishy to me!

The bridges should have been closed sooner. Along with not being able to come back in once you leave.
