These folks helped make the debut of the Community Curbside Suppers an overwhelming success. (Edward L. Mullins)

The Community Curbside Suppers initiative that was launched on April 2 in the parking lot of Rooster’s Southern Kitchen was a huge success, serving 700 meals in 20 minutes. The Suppers will be held twice a week — on Mondays and Thursdays — starting at 4:30pm. 1,000 meals will be prepared and available to ALL Outer Banks neighbors at no charge.
