The OBX mourns two fire victims

Kill Devil Hills Police Sergeant Rodney Rawls — one of the police officers who responded to the fire — is shown here leaving a memento on behalf of the KDH Police at a memorial erected to remember the two people lost in the tragic May 17 in Kill Devil Hills, Ravann Rachell’e and her son Sebastian Lopez.
