NC Cooperative Extension would like to congratulate Henry Gregory Dozier IV of Currituck, NC for winning the Currituck County Extension and Community Association (ECA) Scholarship.

This year’s scholarship was presented to Henry Gregory Dozier of Currituck, North Carolina by ECA County Council President Evelyn Henley. Working as a volunteer group for N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center ECA is always looking for ways to encourage higher education and leadership opportunities in the community.

Mr. Dozier is a graduate of Currituck County High School where he was an outstanding band member of the Currituck Marching Knights, and he was the trumpet section leader in his Senior Year. He has received numerous honors and he is presently active with the Currituck County 4H club and is also a Representative on the Currituck ECA Board.

Mr. Dozier is presently attending Western Carolina University.  He is studying Psychology with a minor in Leadership and he is a proud member of the Pride of the Mountains Marching Band.  Henry’s career goal is to become an Extension Agent through NC Cooperative Extension and help youth grow through the 4-H program.
