Dave Sybert and Quentin Turko of Vicarious Charters in Manteo sent the Voice this amazing video of their “incredible experience getting to swim with a giant Manta Ray here on the Outer Banks just 10 miles out of Oregon Inlet.” This swim occurred on Aug. 8, and according to Turko, they saw the rays three days in a row during the spearfishing trips offered by the charter company.

    Reading about Kelly’s site, and having come here for over 27 years, first, ask travelers what they would like and second, how about a planetarium due to the beautiful skies in obx and there would be little traffic or noise and it would not disturb the atmosphere of the area as many vacay spots have opted money over destination attributes. Storms also would not impact the site like a hotel or the like.
