Ron Seidman, Vice President of Operations for One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of the Outer Banks, announced today the acquisition of All In One Mechanical. Blending the companies’ nearly 50-year history, valuable industry expertise and experienced leadership, the acquisition emphasizes the teams’ dedication in providing high-caliber HVAC maintenance, repair and installation services to residents of the Outer Banks and northeastern North Carolina.

“Through this acquisition, we’ve welcomed new team members to the One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning family and had the pleasure to work with All In One Mechanical owners Ray and Ann Etheridge during the process,” said Seidman. “This is a significant step in our journey and is an opportunity to further strengthen One Hour’s presence across northeast North Carolina and the Outer Banks. We’ve served residents here for more than 33 years and are grateful for the relationships we’ve cultivated and the reputation we’ve built. We look forward to providing top notch HVAC care for many years to come.”

Founded in 1987 by Brian McDonald as Outer Banks Heating & Cooling, they serviced Dare and Currituck counties for more than three decades before transitioning operations to become a One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise in 2019. The management team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning plan to further expand their footprint and are actively pursuing growth opportunities in addition to the acquisition of All In One Mechanical.

“The current management team and I are united in our purpose to deliver exceptional HVAC service to Outer Banks residents and their commitment to our community is evident,” said Ray Etheridge. “As we transition into one entity and operate under One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, we’re excited for what’s to come and know the community is in great hands.”
