It’s time to quit squeezing the last tourist dollars of the season and cancel rentals for the rest of the year and into next year. The tourists don’t need to be here now aanyhow. That’s why it’s off season. No more outlanders till this disease gets undear control. Let’s see 2 people had this virus during the tourist ban and now there’s hundreds if not thousands. Statewide too. It’s horrible. Alot of tourists this year have been spoiled and rude. Time to ban them again. Is the tourist dollar worth more infections? The only ones making bank are non resident property owners. No more after this week. NRPOs can refund them. Not worth the destruction of life right now. Get this virus under control…It’s JUST going to get worse folks!!

I hope every one remembers these numbers when they vote this year. The Dare county commissioners were more worried about the visitors than the locals. Opened up to everyone and GAVE more to the “entitled one” who sued us. I know the County Health Department said the issue wan’t the tourists; it was the locals. But the numbers say 59-50. Thanks Bob Woodard!

Guys, is there a data entry mistake … on 10/16 there were 998 OBX cases … now there are 1109??? DId you mean 1009?I don’t think we picked up over 100 cases in one day. This mistake was carried over to the subsequent days as well
