By on October 25, 2020

As the Outer Banks community begins to respond to the tragic Oct. 23 Buxton fire that claimed four lives, a gofundme campaign has been started to help two children who lost their mother and whose father has been badly burned in the fire. The two children, Kat, 16, and Rory, 11, were visiting their grandparents at the time of the tragedy. So far, the efforts have raised about $6,500.
