Perhaps nobody brings the Outer Banks more vividly to life, in all its glory and grit, than photographer and Buxton native Daniel Pullen. So we are proud to offer our congratulations to him for being honored by Time magazine, which selected one of his pictures as one of “Time’s Top 100 Photos of 2020.”
