The Town of Kill Devil Hills will have a temporary road closure beginning on Wednesday, Feb. 3 for S. Memorial at East Martin Street for culvert installation. Access to properties along S. Memorial will be maintained during the closure from E. Atlantic Street and no through traffic will be allowed on South Memorial. Through traffic on E. Martin Street will be maintained. The temporary road closure is scheduled to end by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 4.
