FFHS lacrosse teams drop playoff openers

After terrific seasons, First Flight High School’s boys and girls lacrosse teams saw those seasons end in the first round of the playoffs on March 15.

The girls team (9-1 on the year) dropped a 16-8 home contest to Apex Friendship. The boys team (10-1) came out on the short end of an 8-2 loss to Chapel Hill, also at home. Congratulations to both squads for seasons they can be proud of.
