The 32nd annual Artrageous Kids Arts Festival was held on Saturday, Sept. 18 at Dowdy Park in Nags Head. After several COVID-related interruptions, Jessica Sands, Executive Director of the Dare County Arts Council told the Voice that, “we are so happy to be here. We’ve missed doing it for the last two years, because we couldn’t do it in 2020. Then this one got postponed from May. We came here this morning and there was just a buzz in the air and everybody who was setting up was so excited. And then the turnout has been unreal.”

Here is a look at some of those who helped make the event a big success.
