The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will hold its Thirteenth Annual FCA Golf Classic, presented by Southern Bank, on Thursday, September 29, at Duck Woods Country Club in Southern Shores. Check in begins at 12 noon with a shotgun start to follow at 1:00 pm.
For $440 per team, each person receives not just practice, golf, and a cart, but dinner to follow, a sleeve of balls, a hole in one contest, a ticket for the raffle, and a complementary round of golf at Duck Woods! Guests can accompany golfers to the awards dinner, starting at approximately 5:30 pm, for $25 per person. If you don’t have a foursome, you will be placed.
This annual event supports the coaches, athletes, and overall FCA program serving Northeast North Carolina, which includes Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank, and Perquimans counties. As a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization, funding for FCA comes solely through the gifts and investment of individuals, businesses, organizations, and churches around Northeast North Carolina.
