GEM presents Diana Waugh, RN, BSN author of “I was Thinking” unlocking the door to successful conversations with loved ones with cognitive loss via video. Diana, RN, BSN, CDP-Certified Dementia Practitioner, applies her out of the box approach to care of individuals living with memory loss.

We will be welcomed by Pastor Jack Colenda, of Colington Methodist with prayer. We will learn from Diana (via video) about her road to connecting families and loved ones on the journey of memory loss. Dana Walker and Angelo Sonnesso will connect us with song.

There will be time for questions.

All are welcome to this free event ending with light refreshments from Kelly’s. GEM thanks the Outer Banks Community Foundation for the grant that enabled us to provide this program, and Kitty Hawk United Methodist church for hosting us.
