January 24, 1963 – November 8, 2022

On November 8th, 2022, Teresa Lynn Riggleman, 59, gained her angel wings. Born on January 24th, 1963, Lynn was the brightest light in the room.

She is survived by her husband, Mason K. Riggleman Jr.; daughters, Mary Saelens and Heather Riggleman; grandchildren, McKala Riggleman, Harley Saelens, Kayden Wallace, Zoe Wallace
and Mason Hall; great grandson, Ignacious “Iggy” who gave her her newest favorite name “Oma”. She is also survived by her loving parents, James and Mary Doss of Appomattox, VA; siblings, Timothy Doss (and wife Sherry), Sandra Brown (and husband Steve); “bonus sister”, Sabrina Seay; and sisters-in-law, Cyndi Creasy, Tamara Butler, and Debbie Riggleman as well as her many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

Lynn loved the beach and lived on the Outer Banks for seventeen beautiful years. She loved bird and whale watching and her true love of treasure finding lives on in her daughters. A fantastic cook
whose door was always open she made every person who walked through her doors feel like family. Her most adorned title was mother, and she was an amazing one. A stay-at-home mom while
Mary and Heather were in school, Lynn carved out a successful career for herself as an interior designer and salesperson with Outer Banks Furniture.

Lynn was the epitome of love, grace, and the power of prayer and faith.

A memorial service will be held for Lynn on Friday, November 25, at her favorite place, Coquina Beach, NC at 2 p.m. A second service will be held in Central Virginia in December 2022 and will be announced for family and friends in the area.

My Angel in Heaven She is my angel in Heaven The trumpet has sounded for me today So don’t cry my children for me Because I am in Heaven with Jesus You see He made a house just for Me now He is standing beside Me. Love you Always, Mason.
