People are still using heroin? Unbelievable…. Anyway Law enforcement has done their job, the judicial system will do it’s due diligence. The real question at hand is will the offender take the necessary steps to correct his own behavior and become a contributing citizen. That has yet to be determined. We shall see. Well back tođ„¶beer đș and chips. OBX libertarian wishing everyone a happy New Years!

3 Felony drug charges. That’s should be $100,000 bail. The DWLR after impaired revocation notice, driving while license revoked should be another $100,000 bail because he has a deadly weapon in his hand and everybody is at risk!

Hi Koo! Beer & chips…the drugs the government encourages you to use that we all know are not addictive and harm no one!

This is not what we want one the streets. Bail shouldn’t be available for him or anyone that has offences against them like this…. too much to risk possibly killing a innocent person or even worse a child. He is a danger to himself and everyone else
