I’ve worked with Laura for almost nine years.. since The Fresh Market opened.
She’s always had a smile on her face and would joke around to make everyone laugh and smile.
She truly was a blessing to be around and will be missed terribly.
My thoughts are with her family.

Such a loss to our community. I didn’t know her name, but I looked for her whenever I visited Fresh Market. When they weren’t busy we would chat a bit. Even when they were busy, she always had a kind word. I would leave thinking what a wonderful person she is, the world needs more like her. I will miss her.

What a charming, wonderful and always cheerful person. I always looked for her when visiting The Fresh Market. She was always eager to see the latest pictures of our grandchildren. She is truly missed. A bright light gone.

Laura was a dear, kind woman who I always looked forward to seeing at Fresh Market. As a grieving sister, daughter and mother, I sometimes would have tears in my eyes during the first year’s visits when I encountered her. She and I would speak of the love and appreciate we had for our mothers and fathers, and how blessed we have been to have them. Laura’s positive outlook on life and faith in God were evident and encouraged me to remember my blessings in the midst of life’s inevitable trials. I will miss her and my heart hurts for her mother and the rest of her family dealing with this tremendous sudden loss. May God bless all of you.

Laura worked with me at Better Beginnings. She was very good with the children, always dependable and willing to help where needed.
We ALL loved her. I had also known her from Fresh Market. It was good to reconnect with her there. She had a way of making her customers feel very special. You should be especially proud. She had a beautiful and loving soul and will be missed by many.
