The Downtown Market is back! We can’t wait to see all our fabulous vendors and visitors! More produce, fabulous local finds, community feel-good vibes, smiles, and…I guess you will have to come down to the market at George Washington Creef Park in downtown Manteo (the most happening spot around) to find out!

The Town of Manteo’s Downtown Market is a popular weekly event held on Saturdays for locals and visitors alike.  So, circle the Saturdays on your calendar in bright yellow and pack your market bags in the car, on your bike, or however you like, and come join us for a fun and festive Opening Day and each and every Saturday throughout the season!

The Downtown Market  is more than the wonderful fresh produce, yummy baked goods, local arts and crafts, and other goodies.  It is a great time to catch up with neighbors, meet new neighbors, chat with visitors, and simply enjoy the beautiful waterfront and community in which we live. Many thanks to each one of the market vendors for the valuable service they provide in the form of their goods and also in the sense of community they foster each and every year.
