Virginia Beach man given $155K secured bond on multiple drug charges

On June 5, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Dare County Sheriff’s Office Deputies working the C-District along with NCSHP [North Carolina State Highway Patrol] conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Avon near the Food Lion on NC Hwy 12. Probable cause was established to search the vehicle. During the search, the Deputies located and seized a trafficking amount of Cocaine, over 250 grams of Marijuana, US Currency, Marijuana Paraphernalia and Drug Paraphernalia.

Noah Robert Sizemore, M/42, Va. Beach, VA, was arrested and charged with (F) Possession of Cocaine, (F) Trafficking in Cocaine, (F) PWISD Cocaine, (F) Possession of Marijuana, (F) PWISD Marijuana, (F) Maintaining a Vehicle, (M) Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia and (M) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Sizemore was given a $155,000 secured bond.

    Now we are talking with at least a decent bail amount. It should be a lot more considering the cocaine and the havoc it wreaks on lives. Still way less than the lady who pilfered money from the fire department, which still amazes me that she has the highest bail I have noticed recently.
