Manteo High finishes at the State Indoor Track and Field Championships

Isaac Jarvis finished 5th in the Pole Vault and 11th in the High Jump
Caroline Gay finished 6th in the state in the Pole Vault.
Annie Maner was 15th in The Triple Jump.

Here are the results for the Manteo High School athletes who competed at the NCHSAA State Indoor Track and Field Champions in Winston Salem.

 

Isaac Jarvis finished 5th in the Pole Vault, setting a new school record 12’6” and he finished 11th in the High Jump.

Caroline Gay finished 6th in the state in the Pole Vault.

Annie Maner was 15th in The Triple Jump.

    Adrian Pitts was a 2x state champion in pole vault for MHS in the early 90’s….pretty sure thats not the new school record….he vaulted up to almost 15′ I think.

    Yes, this link shows a higher vault by Pitts, but they may be talking about a new indoor record. The track and field record books do have seperate indoor and outdoor records.
