No foul play!?! So what the Sheriff is saying is that this wonderful young man beat himself up, then crawled off into the marsh to die.
    That’s Absurd!

This is a family man with three young children and a large supportive family, along with a supportive community..

Looks like this will be like the Gary Midgette death that was never solved by the Sheriff’s department even though everyone knew what happened. It would be impossible to make this stuff up. If Andy Griffith were alive he could reprise his role as Sheriff Andy Taylor and get to bottom of this.

This is such shit. No foul play??? How does that make any sense?! It doesn’t, y’all are obviously covering up for someone. So then you are saying it was suicide, if not foul play?? Justin would never do that to his family. Shame on all of you for this, do better.

JUSTICE FOR JUSTIN!!! I surely hope this is a rouse to get someone to slip and give information that only a person that was there would know. The way past cases were handled I don’t have that much confidence. No foul play but seeks information from the public. My faith in Dare County Sheriffs office was diminished 20 years ago after my truck was broken into. I filed a report. The deputy ran my name to see if I had a warrant.

Suicide often happens to people who you would least expect. However, if it was a suicide, where was the weapon? It should’ve been laying right next to him or in a vicinity where it could’ve been obtained. Autopsy can prove if it was self inflicted. Police department and detectives in this case probably aren’t doing what they should be. JUSTIN’S FAMILY DESERVES JUSTICE! #justiceforjustin

I wish I had recorded the scanner convo. DCSO is a joke. It’s happened in the past and is happening again. Toss it under the rug, save the tourism lol.
