Cape Hatteras National Seashore invites community to discuss Buxton Beach Access contamination

On Wednesday, March 27, from 6-7 p.m., the public is invited to receive updates on the status of petroleum contamination and hazardous infrastructure remediation at Cape Hatteras National Seashoreā€™s Buxton Beach Access. The in-person meeting will occur at the Fessenden Center, 46830 N.C. Highway 12, Buxton, North Carolina.

Following a presentation by Superintendent David Hallac, National Park Service staff will be available to answer questions from community members.
