With the impacts of Humberto and Imelda being felt on the Outer Banks, the National Weather Service has predicted that Hatteras and Ocracoke would bear the brunt of the oceanside impacts from the storms.

More information when it becomes available.  A representative from the Cape Hatteras National Seashore tells the Voice that that they are still working to release the details.
