Kitty Hawk man charged for Indecent Liberties With a Child

A Kitty Hawk man has been issued a $250,000 secured bond after being arrested on Aug. 21 and charged with Indecent Liberties With a Child.

According to court records, Cody M. Norton, 34, was arrested by the Kill Devil Hills Police on Friday for an incident that occurred on Aug. 9.

The charge alleges that the defendant “did take and attempt to take immoral, improper and indecent liberties with an 11-year-old-juvenile.”
