About the Role

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for hospitality. We are seeking a dynamic Maintenance Coordinator to serve as the operational heartbeat of our maintenance department. In this role, you will streamline daily field workflows, work with an experienced team to ensure our properties remain top-tier for guests and homeowners alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Daily Operations: Organize, schedule, and assign incoming work orders to maintenance technicians for prompt completion.
  • Vendor & Contractor Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for external contractors and vendors—soliciting estimates, issuing work, and tracking project progress.
  • Proactive Upkeep: Manage preventative maintenance schedules to catch potential issues early and minimize guest downtime.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear, professional, timely and friendly communication to property owners, guests, internal technicians, and vendors.
  • Safety & Standards: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company safety guidelines and regional regulations.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: 1–2 years in vacation rental management, property management, or a fast-paced service industry preferred (but Not Required). Will train the right candidate with a can-do attitude, great work ethic and willingness to learn!
  • Technology: Comfortable navigating Microsoft office, Property Management software systems, and communication tools across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
  • Soft Skills: High-energy, positive attitude with strong written (email) and verbal (telephone) communication abilities.
  • Detail-Oriented & Reliable: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under changing demands, and strictly meet operational deadlines.
  • Driver Requirements: Must hold a valid North Carolina Driver’s License (Required).

Personal Coordinator – Duck

Pool Cleaner

Aquarius Pools & Spas

Aquarius Pools & Spas is looking for a responsible person with an eye for detail to take over a 5 day a week pool route. Cleaning equipment and Bottom Feeder vacuum provided.

Experience preferred, but will train the right person for the job. Shop located centrally in Kitty Hawk.

The 30 account route are all located all within 12 miles of each other in Corolla.

Top tier pay for all combo accounts, along with individual pool and spa accounts.

You will need your own dependable vehicle. Pickup trucks or vans work best for this job.

OBX Air Pros Heating and Cooling is seeking full time, year round residential HVAC service techs. Pay is based on experience. Take-home company vehicle and gas card. EPA certification required. Valid drivers license. Ability to work independently and with various team members.
